Health and Social Care Act 2008(regulated service) 2014 regulation: Health, care maintain good quality of the service provider. CQC- Meet CQC standards, when they come in they inspect 5 areas of caring provider including hospital I work. Are they effective, are they caring, are they well-led, are they responsive are they safe? 4 grades-excellent, good, need improvement or inadequate.

NICE guidelines on quality standards,NICE guidelines for quality is working with other agencies e.g. local authorities, CQC

NICE quality standard cover adult social compliment, reinforce CQC regulators

Own NHS policies and procedures

NHS policies under my own department, maintaining training, customer services dress code , infection control
